Annual General Meetings

Leith Community Archers committee has monthly meetings and Annual General Meetings.  As A Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) we have a board of Trustees and we all volunteer our time. we are always looking for new members to join us.  At our Annual General Meetings, we vote in trustees and members to join the Committee.  There are a number of roles that we have on the Board.  If you are interested in becoming a board member with a specific role or just as an extra pair of hands, please speak to us.  We ideally would have a rolling board membership, as that is the idea behind an SCIO.  So term times for board members would become time-limited.

We want to develop the club. and as we get busier more resources will be required.  The ideals of the club, being inclusive and accessible, will always remain at the forefront of our minds during our growth.

We are very keen to form sub-committees for certain things like social events or days out at Beecraigs Target Archery.  We would also like to have a sub-committee for kids, ideally chaired and predominately made up of the junior Archers.
